Committed Advocacy

Focused on Results

For over 30 years, Feigenbaum & Uddo, LLC has been providing quality legal services to our local community.  By providing practical solutions to address client goals and challenges, we have grown with our clients and their families, building a law firm focused first and foremost on individual client needs.

There are few planning matters more important than the safety of your family should a crisis arise. "Peace of mind" is our goal. By understanding the unique issues of your family, we can craft the necessary legal documents to protect and provide for them. We are also here to work with your family to assist in transitioning assets and managing any necessary Probate and Trust matters.
Whether buying or selling a home, planning a new development or beginning the construction of a building for your business, we can provide the necessary legal counsel to bring the transaction to a successful completion.
We represent small- to mid-sized businesses in all industries from startup through successful management, liquidation and dissolution. Whether you are looking to start a new business, need a part time in-house counselor, or are selling or merging your business, we can advise and counsel you through the growth of your business.
We work with families, foundations and other charitable organizations to help them qualify for charitable tax-free status, assist in maintaining their tax free status and counsel the charity so that it may effectively pursue its charitable goals.
Our role as Trustee is to be certain that the rules established by the Trust creator are properly followed. This includes overseeing management of the Trust assets, working with tax professionals with respect to Trust tax issues, and responding to the beneficiaries' needs.
